Management
Tricia Stevens, President, Founder
Tricia Stevens has a proven track record in both the public and private sector with outreach, successfully building alliances, achieving project objectives, exceeding timelines and staying within budgets. Tricia’s experience in broadband spans the last five-years and in 2009, under Tricia’s management, Keenwire project managed ten BIP/BTOP grant applications; successfully winning three for a total award of over $85 million.
Scott Stevens, VP Business Development
Scott has spent the last decade as a leader in the broadband industry, primarily working to resolve rural broadband issues. Scott has assisted over 1,000 rural broadband providers to create successful businesses by bringing broadband to un-served and under-served rural areas. He has worked on policy issues in Washington D.C. working with Chairman Powell and his commissioners during 2002-05. Additionally, in 2008 Scott was a member of the Obama Tech Policy Committee for the Campaign beneath Alec Ross and Larry Strickling. He has launched entrepreneurial efforts including National Broadband in 2002-03, which leveraged WilTel fiber across 38 states to deliver Tier 1 Internet backhaul to rural communities and promote last-mile broadband. Scott has consulted clients ranging as large as CenturyLink and Boeing to small communities and service providers.
